  • Certain items (personal care, intimate products, digital goods, gift cards, clearance items) are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
